About this property

HILLSIDE HUT, pet friendly, with hot tub in Ashbourne

Hillside Hut in Radbourne, Derbyshire, sleeps two in one bedroom.

Hillside Hut is a studio-style lodge with an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer box, a sitting area with TV and dining space for two, plus a double bed and separate shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside there is an enclosed garden with gravelled space with furniture, lawn, fire pit, barbecue and hot tub. Within 1.6 miles you will find a shop and a pub, and please note this is a smoke-free property. One well-behaved pet welcome. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent. Make a getaway to Derbyshire to remember with a stay at the fantastic Hillside Hut. Note: The property is set rurally on the owner's working farm; given the rural location, the WiFi signal can occasionally become intermittent in adverse weather, however there is good 4G and 5G.

Amenities: Central underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer box, kettle, toaster. TV, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for outdoor fire pit included in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking. Enclosed garden with gravelled area, lawn, hot tub, furniture, charcoal barbecue and woodburning fire pit. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.6 miles, pub 0.5 miles. Note: The property is set rurally on the owner's working farm; given the rural location, the WiFi signal can occasionally become intermittent in adverse weather, however there is good 4G and 5G

Region: The ultimate in “year-round” appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.

Town: Lying at the southern end of the Peak District, Ashbourne is a perfect example of an English market town - market place with stalls, eccentric street plan, narrow cobbled alleys, coaching inns and almshouses. In its heyday in the 18th-century, the town was a fashionable social centre, and many fine Georgian buildings remain from this period. Today the town still has much to offer in terms of restaurants and inns and is regarded as something of a haven for antique hunters - but don’t expect a bargain! For those who prefer more outdoor pursuits, the Dove and Manifold Valleys are close by and for thrill seekers Alton Towers with its exciting collecting of rides and attractions is just a short drive away.
