Leafy Nook consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining area for six and a sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed wrap-around decking with furniture and off-road parking. Within 0.7 miles you will find a shop and a pub and please note this is a smoke-free and pet-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Newby Bridge is ten miles away and offers attractions such as the Aquarium of the Lakes and Windermere Lake Cruises, sailing daily between Ambleside, Bowness and Lakeside. With stunning scenery and numerous attractions within easy touring distance, Hawkshead is in an ideal location at any time of the year.
