Please note that there is an apartment in the attic. It serves as a laundry space for washing, drying, and ironing bedding and towels.
House owner often resides in this apartment. The cleaning lady also has access to the apartment.
The only way to reach the attic-apartment is by using the outside stairs, located outside of the Villa Rozeta yard.
Guests do not have visual contact with the house owner, and do not share with him any of the facilities.
