Located on the ground floor, this spacious apartment covers 68 m2, providing comfort and space for up to 4 people.
The apartment has 2 elegantly decorated bedrooms, ideal for relaxing after exploring the surrounding area. Enjoy the modernly equipped bathroom and the common area of the living room with the kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals.
It is equipped with three SAT/TVs, a safe, and air conditioning at the entrance, providing you with comfort and safety during your stay. For the youngest guests, there is also a cot.
The spacious terrace provides a wonderful place to relax, while the gas grill allows you to prepare delicious meals outdoors. Relax by the 13 m2 swimming pool, ideal for refreshing yourself, with the addition of an outdoor shower.
Enjoy the common outdoor space of 300 m2, and your vehicles will be safe in two covered parking spaces.
