Great location, beautiful and clean place, amazing hosts

Helena, the host was so helpful, kind and clear on all that we needed for a great stay. The apartment is very neat, just like in the pictures and the location is unbeatable! Next to many restaurants and at walking distance of all the main attractions and the acropolis. We look forward to visit again soon! Thank you Helena!

The location was absolutely perfect - walkable to the Acropolis and other sites, as well as many restaurants. I did have to message the owner when we arrived to find the location of the lockbox as the photos did not come through in her email until a few days later, but I received a very prompt reply. The only suggestion would be to have a dish towel in the apartment - we did not use enough dishes to run the dishwasher and had no way to dry the hand washed dishes. We would stay there again.

This place was absolutely amazing! It's perfectly located by the metro and top tourist sites. We arranged airport pickup and a drive to Rafina through Elena and both were great. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Everything we could need and more for our stay in Athens. Helena arranged for transportation at a very reasonable price. George the driver was an absolute delight. My friend misplaced one piece of luggage and Helena & George responded very quickly and resolved the missing piece of luggage. The apartment was clean and very modern and energy efficient.

We staued for our city break in Athens, as 2 couples. Everything we needed was there, the apartment was clean and as described.Our host was wonderful with communication and help for us. Our airport transfer, arranged by our host, was fabulous. What a friendly and helpful guy. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property

Great Stay

A great stay! The location was excellent for visiting the main sites in the Acropolis area, which was great for my boys (ages 6-12) because the walk was manageable. The apartment was as stated - nothing fancy, but everything worked great, and our pick up from the airport and check-in with George was friendly and informative. The coffee shop just below was a treat - I chatted with Vasillius and Fortina every morning as I got lattes - and there's a supermarket only a 5 minute walk away. The only two minor quibbles I would offer are: Number 1- there's a dryer listed in the amenities, which the place did not have. In the "Laundry" section it lists only a washer, which is the correct/accurate set up, so maybe I should have looked deeper. But, as a family of 5, in need of laundry during our trip, this wasn't a big deal (we used the drying racks, no problem) but it was unexpected. Number 2: the neighborhood felt very safe, but there are two sex shops right nearby, one across the street, very prominently in view from the balcony and as you leave the apartment. As New Yorkers, this didn't bother us, but it did occasion a conversation or two with the kids. If traveling with children, just be prepared for a query or two. Overall, though, we had a terrific stay and a memorable visit in Athens - and seeing all the sights was made easy and enjoyable by this apartment.

Very clean apartment & convenience location

I stayed with a friend for six days, and we each had our own restroom, which was nice. Helena arranged for airport pickup, and the driver gave us a brief tour to show us where the key box was and where to find good food. She responded quickly to my inquiries. The only downside was that there was only one set of keys, and since we had different schedules at times, we had to work around that

Smooth Connections

We enjoyed a transfer from the airport directly to the apartment, a good briefing about the areaā€”the apartment being so close to the historical area. Everything was clean and functional. Clean and well maintained. Great location. Helena the property manager was great and friendly and recommebded a few restaurants. The food was great. Property indicated there was a hot tub but none. Highly recommend this VRBO.

2 quick days in Athens

Helena welcomed us when we arrived with traditional Greek bakery items, juice, and bottles of water. After giving us a tour of the apartment, pointing out the ā€œhow toā€™sā€ of the boiler, air conditioner, and elevator, she gave us a birdā€™s eye view of the neighborhood from the balcony with helpful information for catching the metro (subway) and tram stations just 2-3 blocks away. Be sure to read through the detailed binder that contains the historical sites, description and corresponding map.

Greece 2024

Nice, clean, comfortable apartment near the important places Athens is known for. Only drawback is it's on a major thoroughfare with traffic and vehicles noise but highly recommend because of the great hosts and their team. Do yourself a favor and reserve the ride from the airport.

Great Experience

Property is clean and updated. Location is just outside the core tourist area, with easy walk to all attractions like Plaka. Lots of local restaurant, shops in the area as well, with easy access to train and tram.
