Retreat to one of our two thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The first boasts a luxurious King-sized bed, while the second features a bunk bed with a single bed on top and a double bed at the bottom. Rest easy with our complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep.

Freshen up in the immaculate bathroom, stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Our commitment to your comfort extends to the professional cleaning of the entire house, ensuring a pristine environment for your enjoyment.

To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). You can choose whichever option suits you best. Full terms and conditions are provided before purchase.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Cheadle East and Cheadle Hulme North are two adjacent neighbourhoods in Stockport, Greater Manchester. These neighbourhoods offer a delightful blend of suburban tranquillity and easy access to the amenities of both Cheadle and Stockport town centres. Important note: Parties and excessive noise are strictly forbidden.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
