Besides being historically one of the most traditional residential areas in Madrid, Canillejas is currently one of the sectors with the most development in Madrid, thanks to the tranquillity it offers its residents, its interesting real estate and commercial offer and its close location to strategic places in the city such as Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport and the IFEMA Madrid fairground.

It is a residential neighbourhood that borders the Quinta de Torre Arias park, a landscape space populated with almond trees and cedars that surround a century-old palace. In the area, there is also the Canillejas park, which has an open-air auditorium where music concerts and cultural festivals are held; and the famous Metropolitano Stadium, training base of Atlético Madrid, one of the best teams in Spain.

Likewise, this area has a quick and comfortable connection with the centre of Madrid and the rest of the city thanks to the Canillejas bus interchange and the Torre Arias and Canillejas metro stations (direct line to Gran Vía).

The Apartment:

This bright and cozy apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet building without an elevator and has capacity for up to 6 guests.

The spacious living room, which in turn integrates the dining area, has a wide and pleasant balcony, a Smart TV and a double sofa bed. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and implements and also has a pleasant balcony that provides a lot of light to the space.

The accommodation has two comfortable rooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. In addition, it has a spacious and modern full bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning in all spaces.

To take into account:
Important: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Tourist stays are not accepted.
The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments, caring for a relative, etc.) and, in addition, will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
