¡Futbolín, ping pong, acceso al río, sala de estar en el patio trasero, barbacoa, socializa y juega un hoyo de maíz! Este lugar es para familias que solo quieren unirse.

Ubicado en un pequeño vecindario ideal para familias, tenemos una excelente ubicación para un paseo nocturno. Escuche los sonidos del río en el patio trasero y mire las estrellas mientras se relaja en el patio. Tenemos una sala de juegos, sala de estar, cocina grande y tres habitaciones para que todos se puedan extender. ¡Visítenos!

El espacio

Tres habitaciones, dos baños de más de 1600 pies cuadrados de espacio para la casa más un gran patio trasero para que la familia se reúna.

Esta casa está ubicada en una subdivisión, lo que significa que no estará aislado de otras personas. El beneficio de estar en el vecindario es que es una de las pocas áreas en Three Rivers donde es más seguro dar un paseo nocturno o andar en bicicleta.

Acceso de invitado

Se le permite acceder al río directamente detrás de la casa, pero no se le permite caminar por la orilla del río. ¡Todo es propiedad privada, por favor no traspasen! El río es estacional y no se garantiza que tenga agua durante todo el año.

Interacción con los invitados

Esta no es una ubicación alojada. Estaré encantado de ayudarle con cualquier problema que pueda surgir durante su visita. Estoy disponible por teléfono o mensaje de texto hasta las 9:00 PM en la mayoría de las noches. Damos privacidad a nuestros huéspedes durante su visita.

Amazing stay

We loved the property. Our favorite part was that it has its own private access to a beautiful creek. We went in every day. Our girls loved their home away from home.

Peaceful little home

Home was clean and comfortable and location was perfect! I loved enjoying my morning coffee sitting in the yard listening to the creek. Communication was good. Check in was easy.

Really enjoyed our stay!

This was our first time doing a vacation rental in a long time. My wife, kids, and parents really enjoyed this place overall. Communication with property manager was good. Some things listed on amenities were not there or not working, but that didn't mess up our stay overall.

The sound of the river running along the back of the property provided white noise and was so calming. The house came with what we needed to cook and make coffee, so it was what we were looking for during our visit. The communication was great.

House and location were good. Unique, beautiful setting. Kitchen was disappointing. Dishes, pans, and cooking utensils were dirty and mostly inoperable (broken or rusted). For example, there were two can openers and neither worked. It appears that nobody is checking the cleanliness, functionality, or completeness of the content of the kitchen cabinets and drawers.

Gorgeous & fun

The house itself is a vacation , it's beautiful, spacious and a blessed vibe . The backyard to the river was so beautiful and peaceful. The house had comfort all through out from the French window nook , to everything you need in the kitchen to the cozy couch . Plus who doesn't love foosball. It was the best of and only a short drive to Sequoia National Forest . It was so wonderful I almost didn't want to write a review I wanted to keep it a secret ! We will definitely be returning ! Thanks for the memories .

Great Family getaway

This was our 3rd time at the property. The backyard of this property is amazing, with the river running in your yard. The inside of the house could use some TLC, but overall good.

Great time with family

Beautifully decorated and updated home with a great outdoor space to enjoy the backyard river which was in full flow (early May). We enjoyed moving between sitting in the shaded spots of the backyard to watch and listen to the river and also spending time relaxing in the game room with the French doors open so we could hear the river while playing family games together. Very fun and relaxing stay!

Beautiful

Such an absolute gorgeous property. Everything we needed was there. Stopped at Costco in Visalia, then headed out. House was clean and very large and well equipped…we had such a great time! Sequoia entrance is close!

Had some excitement

Great location! Two of the beds were very comfortable. Bed in the master was very firm. Great layout - enjoyed the couch in the game room. Plenty of room for large groups. Had to leave the property for a few hours due to a wildfire close by which resulted in all the electricity to the town being shut off. Owner did a good job communicating that we needed to leave and kept us informed as to when we could go back to the house. Had some challenges with little flying bugs inside the house

Beautiful Home on the River

Our family had a wonderful time visiting. Check-in was easy. The backyard is so inviting and the patio overlooking the river is beautiful. The kitchen is big and fully stocked. We had fun playing cards at night in the game room. The kids enjoyed the foosball table and ping pong table. The only thing we didn’t prefer is that the master bathroom doesn’t have a door, just a shear curtain which the kids didn’t like due to no privacy. Overall a fabulous stay!

Great Stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this home. There was plenty of room for the four of us! The house was well stocked for our stay. We made breakfast daily and grilled steaks on the patio BBQ. My husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee outside listening to the sound of the river. The AC and fans were definitely needed for the high temperatures we experienced during this July trip. The house is close to everything. We spent a day in Sequoia National Park, rented a boat on the Kaweah Lake, and visited some of the local businesses. We had a great vacation!

House was clean and spacious. Kitchen was great if you want to prepare your own meals. Patio space was beautiful for hanging out! Does not have a large dining table to seat all for meals but between seating space next to kitchen and patio space it was not a big deal. Sequoia and King's Canyon are wonderful, plan on doing a bit of driving as it takes an hour to two and half hours to get to various parts of the parks.

Amazing property

I highly recommend this house! The location is perfect. River access in the back is perfect! The river was low and calm when we stayed here which worked out perfectly for us since we have a 2 year old. She was so fascinated and every morning she wanted us to take her down to the river. It's truly such a beautiful scenery that words can't describe. The backyard area is perfect to hang out. The house is perfect, clean, and spacious. The kitchen had all the things you need for a functioning kitchen. Loved the dinning room table as we were able to all sit together to eat. The foosball table in the play room was a plus! Now for the little things that count: Mrs.Meyers hand soap was provided in each restroom and kitchen along with Dawn dish soap. The property is just minutes from the brewery and also from the park entrance. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for hosting us and allowing us to create beautiful memories.

Beautiful and Relaxing

Amazing stay for 2 ladies who wanted to explore the national parks. The property is located in a lovely neighborhood yet very secluded and safe. The home is spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean. Shiela, the property manager was prompt when answering my emails. The kitchen is large and open. The great room (garage conversion) has a wonderful large couch. The couch is not the one posted on VRBO. The furniture has been changed a bit from what is posted and we loved it. The outside was so beautiful and we had visitors…2 deer that came every day. Our last day there we stayed at the property to relax and take in the beauty of the area. As we sat reading in the gazebo the deer came right in the yard and sat on the turf area not far from us and they actually stayed quite a while but did keep their eyes on us. The mountains views, the river right on the property and the deer. WOW! Also, the entrance to Sequoia National Park is right out of town. The town Three Rivers is small and charming. A great stay.

Perfect place to unwind

The perfect place to unwind after a day at Sequoia or King’s Canyon NP! Be sure to relax in the lounge chairs in the gazebo - enjoy the hummingbirds in the flowering trees and babbling river in your own backyard. Several yummy restaurants and coffee shops located just minutes away.

Beautiful backyard

Beautiful backyard on south fork of Kaweah river. Really picturesque in the fall. Large master bedroom with comfortable king bed and massage chair. A couple of minor maintenance issues on arrival were resolved quickly by property manger.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Overall, we had a great time! We visited Sequoia National Park, went to the local honey holes to enjoy the river, walked down to the river from the house to catch fish and frogs and got to enjoy local ice cream. It would have been a much better experience if we weren’t in the middle of a drought and it was the heat wave weekend. Nonetheless, fun was had by all!!
