REDUCE: When cleaning this apartment, we use high-quality eco-friendly cleaning products sourced from independent UK suppliers, helping to reduce environmental impact while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
REUSE: Throughout the apartment, you’ll notice thoughtfully chosen recycled and repurposed materials, adding character while reducing waste. In the bathroom, refillable dispensers made from recycled plastic replace single-use toiletries.
RECYCLE: Facilities are provided to make it easy for guests to minimise waste during their stay, including recycling options for paper, plastics and food waste.
These small, meaningful choices are all designed with intention - to create a more environmentally-responsible way for guests to enjoy travel.
Sea Downs sleeps up to four and has flexible bedrooms which can each be set up as super-kingsize rooms or with twin beds - making it perfect for families, friends or even colleagues sharing.
The spacious dining lounge has doors leading to your private balcony, where you can enjoy side sea glimpses, plus a hint of the South Downs hills. There is a table and chairs for four if you fancy al fresco dining.
Inside the lounge has two sofas for post-exploration relaxation - a three-seater and a two-seater giving you bags of space in front of the smart TV.
You can eat at the table in here, which seats up to six, and there is another breakfast table in the separate kitchen. So if one of you needs to catch up on emails, you can always turn one of these tables into your holiday desk.
The kitchen is well equipped, with a fridge-freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and a washer dryer. You've a bathroom with a bath and shower over and you'll find linen and regular towels supplied (please pack your beach towels).
WiFi is provided, and if you're driving here, you can buy handy parking permits from the Exclusively Eastbourne team that allow you to park on the street outside and many nearby ones (ask us for details/price).
