Holiday on the beach.

Please be aware the property is right on the beach and there is no protection from the elements. When the weather is bad and it is windy there will be noise on the first floor. This is beyond my control.

Holiday home on the beach for up to five guests, at Pevensey Bay, East Sussex. The house is right on the beach, with your own garden looking directly out to sea. To access the property there are a number of steps which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom is on the top floor containing a king size bed and en suite bathroom, with sea views. The ground floor has a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. Kitchen and bathroom also on the ground floor.

Kitchen equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Please note there isn't a microwave.
The living area is open plan with large sliding doors doors opening out onto the outside decking and full sea view.

Table and chairs on decking with outside shower. There is no Hot Tub.

There is parking for four cars. Unfortunately there is building work next door. I am hoping it will not be too disruptive but may impact your stay.
