This lovely apartment with a private lake-view garden, is perfect for a couple or family vacation with pets. The private garden is equipped with an outdoor and covered dining table with direct access to the living area. It has a living room with a sofa bed flat-screen TV and dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, and microwave. The sleeping area has a bedroom with a queen-size bed with access to the back garden. A large bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

The apartment is entirely on the first floor and is part of the "Poggio San Michele" Residence.



The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 31st of October. A swimming cap could be required.

The apartment is located 10 km from the Desenzano railway station and about 45 km from Verona airport.
