We pride ourselves on maintaining our properties to the highest standards, and it is disheartening to hear claims that do not reflect our commitment to quality, as it contracdicts the review and feedback given by previous Guests. Health and Safety Concerns: We have regular pest control services in place, and we have not received any prior reports of mosquito infestations, and in your case in particular remember that you have travelled to Africa and specifically requested for no one to do the cleaning while you were there although it is Free of Charge, and this is the time we have to put some Sheltox in the property for Mosquito Desinfestacao, and more we can be accesed 24/7 and we dont recall request regarding Mosquito problems. Our pool is well-maintained, and we encourage guests to communicate any issues during their stay so we can resolve them quickly. Electricity Issues: Although we have a reliable power supply, and an External Industrial Generator and any outages are typically due to external factors beyond our control. We are always available to assist guests during such situations and work to restore services as quickly as possible. Property Maintenance: Our listings are regularly updated to accurately reflect the amenities and features of our apartments. If there were issues with the washing machine or bathroom, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address them during your stay. Parking and Security: Just like any other major building in Angola, we have a 24/7 security company to secure the building and Car. We provide clear information about parking options in our listing, and we prioritize the safety of our guests. Any concerns regarding security are taken very seriously, and we would have been happy to discuss them with you. Misrepresented Amenities: Our descriptions and photos are intended to give a true representation of the property. We are constantly reviewing feedback to ensure our listings are accurate.
