The space
It is a new apartment in condominium with 24H surveillance, weighing for families, people with reduced mobility, it is a first floor with terrace and are the largest apts of the condominium Reserva de la Colina, has common areas type Resort. We are pet friendly, the patio has a fence for small pets. Upon entering, you will find furniture in a single modern environment with a minimalist design and fresh design in harmony with every detail. It has air conditioning and ceiling fans that allow you to keep the area cool, a double sofa that is rested for a pleasant night, a flat-screen smart TV with Tigo Tripleplay. It also has a ROKU entertainment system ( Netflix, Spotify, Youtube, etc.), a dining room for 6, a bar with two designer chairs and a very comfortable chair to read a book or watch TV. In the room, if required, we install a desk and an ergonomic chair for teleworking.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, bread oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, juice extractor, utensils, pots, silverware, grill utensils, extractor hood, and all long-stay utensils.
