About Randy and Misty Tobitt

Our family has been visiting Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg since 1994 when my husband and I spent our honeymoon in Gatlinburg. Every year since and 3 kids later, we still enjoy spending our time away here. On a visit not too long ago, we decided that we should purchase a cabin to enjoy as a family and allow others to enjoy as well. We look forward to coming to stay and relax for a while but are excited that we can now offer that same relaxation to others.

Randy and Misty Tobitt purchased this cabin in 2017

Why Randy and Misty Tobitt chose Sevierville

When we began our search for a cabin, we tossed around all the different features that different locations have to offer. We knew we wanted to be close to everything from the front end of pigeon forge to the back end of Gatlinburg. This cabin is perfectly located directly between the two making it convenient to all the attractions.

What makes this cabin unique

Wooded, private seclusion, but so close off the main road.

Awesome cabin and loved the privacy!

  • 5 of 5

This cabin was everything we hoped for and more! It was very clean and super cute! Even though there are two other cabins on this road it was very private! It is perfectly located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg with access to either town within 10 minutes yet makes you feel like you are away from it all! We were able to see 12-15 turkeys on three different occasions which was really cool. The cabin was cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was comfy and the shower great. The loft had a nice pool table and lounge area which added an extra perk to the cabin. The hot tub was perfectly located on the porch so as to give you the perfect amount of privacy and the hammock on the porch was a nice extra! I couldn't really find anything wrong with this cabin! Perfect for a couple or small family. We had a little trouble with the lock the first day but I texted the owner and she responded very quickly and worked us threw what we were doing wrong. It was so reassuring to have a quick and helpful response. We would definitely rent this cabin again!!

Future stays will be here!

  • 5 of 5

I was very impressed with the cabin, its location, and the owners. This was such a pleasant stay that I will only want to stay here in the future. The cabin is easy to access, in a beautiful woodsy area, it is private, close to all the in town things to do and just a beautiful cozy cabin

Great cabin and location

  • 4 of 5

The cabin is well laid out and the porch is very nice with rocking chairs. We had 19 wild turkeys walk past one evening so that was a thrill. Pigeon Forge and Gaitlinburg had more of a carnival atmosphere than we were expecting -- so we were a little disappointed with the town experience. The location of the cabin so close to the Smoky Mountains National Park is very convenient. The cabin itself could use some sprucing up. The large window need to be washed badly, but it is otherwise clean.

We really really really loved this cabin

  • 5 of 5

We did not want to leave the cabin. If I could live here I think I would pick this cabin and never leave. The little hill this one and two others is hidden away on is very peaceful and relaxing and peaceful and relaxing.
