Casa Paz offers you the opportunity to live inside a walled enclosure that is more than seventeen centuries old.
Walk the historic streets while the city sleeps, take in the view of the wall's adarve from the living room, and sip coffee watching people pass by.
The dwelling has been lovingly and dedicated with attention to detail to provide a welcoming experience. I hope you feel like you do.
The space
The house has two levels, on the first level (third floor of the building) it is accessed via stairs or by elevator (pitch width 68cm and an approximate depth of 80cm) with direct disembarkation inside the house itself. To access the second level (floor below deck) it is necessary to climb stairs. This is a home accessible for people with limited mobility but not suitable for people in wheelchairs.
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is space to comfortably accommodate six people. The master bedroom is on the first level and features a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. On the second level, the other two bedrooms, also with double beds, share a bathroom.
The different rooms offer different atmospheres, a neutral palette (150x200cm bed), a bedroom bed overlooking the wall (150x200cm bed), or an explosion of flowers (135x190cm bed); it will be difficult to choose.
A fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast room awaits where you'll find everything you need to prepare perfect coffee or tea. We've installed a reverse osmosis filtered water system in the sink faucet, providing high-quality consumable water and removing the need for plastic bottles.
In the living room, wall to wall windows flood the space with natural light and provide an unbeatable view of the Roman wall.
Guest access
The apartment has a laundry room, with a washer-dryer that has a steam washing program for the most delicate and the basics to take care of your clothes.
You'll also find the cleaning basics if you need them.
Other things to note
The parking included in the price is a parking space in a public parking lot 200m from the house or 2 min walk down a pedestrian street, with 24-HOUR surveillance.
Electric vehicle charging is available, but not included.
If you want to make use of parking, registration must be provided with at least 48 hours in advance. You will be sent a QR code with which to access parking (InterParking; Plaza de la Constitución s.n., Lugo).
