HOW TO GET HERE

From the Airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas):

Take Line 8 towards Nuevos Ministerios, then transfer to Line 6 towards Lucero. Get off at Cuatro Caminosand switch to Line 1 towards Valdecarros.

Get off at Tirso de Molinastation and walk to the provided address.

From Atocha:

Take Line 1 towards Pinar de Chamartín.

Get off at Tirso de Molinaand walk to the provided address.

From Chamartín:

Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros.

Get off at Tirso de Molinaand walk to the provided address.

If arriving by car, please check the Madrid City Council website to understand driving restrictions and parking availability.





Getting Around:

Tirso de Molina station (Line 1) is very close to the apartment. Several bus stops are also just steps away.





TO CONSIDER The building does not have an elevator.

Cribs are available for rentat €30 per stay. Please remember to request one in advance by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

Tenants will be required to present a valid ID and a credit cardat check-in.

Parties and similar events are not allowedat the apartment.

To access the apartment, you will need a smartphone with internet connection.

The tenant will be required to sign a temporary rental contract. This agreement reflects the original booking conditions and must specify the duration of the stay, stating that the rental is not intended for permanent residence or as a habitual home. It must also include the tenant’s official address (place of registration) and the reason for the rental.

Please note:If your arrival is on the same day you make your reservation, we cannot guarantee the apartment will be ready in time for check-in before 5:30pm.
