With an area of ​​about 180 m2, it is distributed in a very bright apartment of about 50m2, and a terrace with a heated pool of 5x3 meters and a maximum depth of 80cm. with solarium, a toilet, outdoor shower, reclining chairs, umbrellas and chill out area.

The house is very well equipped to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The living room is 25 m2 next to a 15m2 balcony. It has a sofa bed where 2 minors or an adult can sleep. Black-out curtains, a/c, smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and multiple options to watch TV Online. Dining table with 4 chairs and work table with Ethernet and Wifi connection.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, air fryer, Nespresso, Italian coffee machine and toaster. Set for 4 people in different sizes of plates, glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, pans, saucepans, etc. We also have a first aid kit.
The bedroom has a/c. It has a 150x200cm bed, with a selection of different pillows, a USB connection on each bedside table as well as several plugs and a reading lamp. It has a large closet with wooden hangers and several shelves.
