Non sono stata nella vostra struttura perché non siete stati reperibili per il cekin nella struttura am trovato altra gente che a pagato il soggiorno dall 14/08 al20/08 in tale caso chiedo il rimborso per la vostra colpa bon era posibile essere contattati il 15/08 alle ore 11
