Equipped with a comfortable sofa, relax in the living room after a busy day exploring Porto. The apartment also has several windows throughout, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your own home!

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with the essential utensils and cutlery you need to prepare a delicious meal.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, such as a shower, toilet, and sink. Free towels and bath amenities will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety.

The street offers free parking, subject to availability.

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during the stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Porto is an amazing city to explore on foot, with many attractions within walking distance. The home is ideally situated in a prime spot, surrounded by endless choices for drinks and dining. Enjoy the local cuisine and several international restaurants as well!

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
Daily Housekeeping available
