The living room features a comfortable sofa bed for everyone to relax and unwind, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. Additionally, it boasts a balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal, a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, providing a homely retreat for parents. In contrast, the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds joined together, creating a versatile space for children or additional guests with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Each bedroom also has a desk, providing a comfortable workspace for those who need to work or study during their stay.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The property also offers the added convenience of private parking, ensuring you have a secure space for your vehicle during your stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Lumiar is a historic neighbourhood located in the northern part of Lisbon and has a long history dating back to the Roman era. It was once a separate village before being incorporated into Lisbon in the 19th century.

The neighbourhood is known for its lush green spaces, including the Quinta das Conchas e dos Lilases Park and the Quinta dos Azulejos Park. These parks offer residents and visitors a place to relax, exercise, and enjoy the outdoors.

Lumiar is home to several cultural and historical attractions. The Church of Nossa Senhora do Amparo is a notable landmark with beautiful azulejo (ceramic tile) decorations.

The area has shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants, providing residents with convenient access to everyday amenities.

The neighbourhood's location in the northern part of Lisbon allows for relatively easy access to Lisbon's main road networks and highways.

Lumiar is well-connected to the rest of Lisbon through public transportation. Its metro station, Lumiar Metro Station (Linha Amarela), provides easy access to the city centre and other parts of Lisbon.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Lumiar, is just a 15-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is an 11-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
