Welcome to our lovely 1BR penthouse suite in the heart of St Julians, the perfect home away from home for your Malta vacation. Located just a stone's throw away from Spinola Bay and within walking distance of all the best bars, restaurants, and attractions in the area, you couldn't ask for a better location.
You'll have access to all the amenities you need, including free Wi-Fi, AC, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony with outdoor furniture.
Access to ROOFTOP terrace to all guests.
NOTE: Reception is available from the morning till around 4pm which will attend your needs. Building is very secure, and is equipped for both short and long term rentals.

- Many of the language schools are at a walking distance, making it perfect for short and longer term rentals, with access to a very strong WIFI.
1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early check-in can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.
