This Villa in paradise is uniquely positioned, it is the only property in Anse Royale with a private pool and within 3 minutes walk to arguably the best beach on the Island, world renowned Anse Royale and Fairyland beaches on beautiful Mahé Island, Seychelles, Perfectly situated for exploring all that Seychelles has to offer. Set in a wonderful garden, with swimming pool and hot tub, close to the Ocean, Royal Bay Villa offers amazing views of both the sea and mountains.
On arrival you will find tea, coffee, coffee capsules/pods, milk and sugar provided in the Villa.
There are 4 large family bedrooms, all with En-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, cable TV, tea and coffee making facilities and Nespresso coffee machines.
WiFi internet access is throughout.
The well organised kitchen is fully equipped and has many extras to make your holiday as easy as possible, from Air Fryer to Ice Maker.
With a chilled filtered fresh water dispenser there will be no reason to buy bottled water!
In addition the Villa kitchen also has a 6 ring stove, 4 gas and 2 electric, super large oven, 2 fridge/freezers, washing machine, dishwasher and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
The open plan style within the Villa is fully air conditioned and boasts a comfortable large lounge.
There is a ground floor toilet with the addition of an extra toilet and hand basin at child friendly height, suitable for small children.
Travel cot and infant high chairs are available on request.
Dining with seating for all the family around the table can be achieved, both inside in the dining area and outside in the outdoor kitchen which is poolside. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen includes a large gas barbecue, griddle/plancher, separate 4 ring gas hob, 2 fridges and sink.
Poolside, the loungers, luxury wet room and separate outdoor shower are all found in this wonderfully, tranquil, tropical setting.
The Villa Verandah with double daybed, also has seating and extra coffee/dining tables.
A collection of DVDs, games and books are available.
Outside the grounds are secure with parking, level lawned garden, children’s swings and an adventurous treedeck for budding treehouse builders!
Climb the treedeck stairs hidden by the hibiscus, amongst the fruit trees and admire the view or even plan a night under the stars!
This spacious and flexible Villa is ideally located for beaches, shops and also has the bus route at the end of the road.
