Villas's location provides a perfect place to stay when exploring Istria. Close to Momjan and Buje, Villa is only 20 km from Umag or Novigrad. One of the biggest aqua parks in the area (Istralandia) is only a 30-minute drive away. Istria is well known for its countryside, biking and running trails, walking routes but also cultural events.

There is nothing better than spending time outside, working in the garden, or mowing the lawn. It helps me slow down, relax, and recharge — and that same peaceful feeling is what we hope our guests will experience during their stay in Istria.

When I first visited this part of Istria 30 years ago, I immediately fell in love with it. We created this home as a place to slow down and enjoy the quieter side of Istria. We appreciate good food, nature, and quality family time, and we hope our guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.

What makes this place special is the feeling of being away from crowds and noise, while still being close enough to charming hill towns, excellent restaurants, wineries, beaches, and everything Istria is famous for. Whether you want peaceful mornings with coffee overlooking the vineyards, family dinners by the pool, or simply a place to reconnect with nature and each other, Villa Kanedolo was created exactly for that.
