Ground floor flat with a view of the marina
Spacious living on one level of 75 sqm for up to 5 people with a view of the marina. The flat with terrace is located on the ground floor. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds. The open and spacious living and dining area offers a generous sofa bed (5th person), an armchair, a large dining table with 6 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen (with counter, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher). Flat screen TV, DVD/blue-ray and CD player and stereo system are available in the living area. WLAN included. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and is ideal for people with disabilities.
The guest house, newly built in 2012, is located directly on the Lemkenhafen sailing harbour on the beautiful island of Fehmarn. The flats boast a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and are exclusively furnished to a high standard, so that you don't have to do without anything during your holiday. All flats have a fully equipped kitchen as well as a living and dining room. Depending on the category, the flats have up to two bedrooms or their own sauna in the bathroom to make your holiday a relaxing and unforgettable time.
From your balcony or terrace you can enjoy the unique view over the marina to Orther Reede and Heiligenhafen.
In the morning we are happy to bring you fresh bread rolls or a hearty breakfast.
