On the first floor we find the second bedroom with a bunk bed, a full bathroom with a bathtub and the master bedroom with a double bed and access to an upper terrace with views of the community garden and pool.

The house is located in a quiet area, 150 meters from the Montgí Natural Park, where there are perfect paths to enjoy cycling or walks through the forest with fantastic views of the sea. The Riells beach promenade offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, entertainment venues for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc.
