With breathtaking views of the harbor and the Grevelingenmeer, this is truly a fantastic location. This prime location by the harbor makes the apartment the perfect base for lovers of (water)sports activities. On the other side of the harbor, the Brouwersdam stretches out, with its wide North Sea beach where sunbathers can have a great time. There are playgrounds for children in the harbor, and the attractions of Port Zélande holiday park are also nearby.

This luxurious apartment features an elegant and cozy living room, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen. Additionally, the property has three comfortable bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms. There is also a separate toilet. The house has a beautiful private terrace that stretches across the entire width and is adjacent to one of the bedrooms on the ground floor, as well as a sunny rooftop terrace adjacent to the living room on the first floor of the house. This beautiful rooftop terrace is equipped with a lounge area, sun loungers, and a large dining table. Here, you can enjoy stunning views and the sun while you relax and unwind!

A staircase leads to the open-plan kitchen and living room, which are located on the 1st floor and provide access to the roof terrace.. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the ground floor.

The apartment is very suitable for families with children due to its layout and location next to Center Parcs Port Zélande. You and your children can make use of all the activities and facilities. (The use of the swimming pool at Center Parcs Port Zélande is subject to a fee).

Parking
There are plenty of parking spaces available. When you drive through the barriers, your license plate will be registered, and you can use the large parking lot. Upon arrival, you can briefly park your car in front of the apartment for loading and unloading, but for the rest of your stay, the car should be parked in the general parking areas.

Surroundings
The location is unique - the apartment is beautifully situated in one of the most beautiful locations in Zeeland, with the Grevelingenmeer and the North Sea beach within walking distance. From the entrance, you have a view of the Brouwersdam and behind it, the North Sea, where you can regularly spot seals. You can enjoy walking, cycling, surfing, diving, and swimming on the beaches. Nearby, you'll find many villages such as Ouddorp, Renesse, Brouwershaven, and Burgh-Haamstede, where you can enjoy shopping. If you're a fan of seafood, you can indulge in mussels, oysters, lobster, and more at the many restaurants. Along the North Sea beaches, you'll find various cozy beach bars such as Strandclub Zee, Natural High, Brouw, and Perry's.
