With panoramic views from both the lounge and the ensuite bedroom - apartment 2 is all about the vista. The lounge has spectacular views out to sea and catches the sunset.

Sleeping two with a separate living room, 43" Smart TV, DVD player, dining area and small kitchen area, apartment 2 really is a special spot on the seafront in West Bay opposite the beach.
What sets us apart from other self-catering options and rooms in West Bay? As a family-owned business, we manage seven holiday lets and rooms, and live on-site, allowing us to provide a warm, personal touch to your stay. With over 10 years of experience at Westpoint, we offer expert local knowledge to help you make the most of your holiday. Our prime location directly opposite West Beach on the famous Jurassic Coast means you are just steps from the sea, offering stunning views and easy access to coastal walks. We focus on providing a clean, comfortable environment and responsive service to ensure your experience is memorable. On-site, you’ll find the West Beach Café Bar, open during the summer months, serving delicious food and refreshing drinks in a relaxed setting. Each apartment and room comes with a designated parking space at no extra cost, making your stay even more convenient. We also offer a selection of dog-friendly apartments—specifically Apartments 5, 6, and 7—so your furry friends can join in the holiday fun. Our accommodation options include three double rooms, two two-bedroom apartments, two one-bedroom apartments, and The Studio, a cosy double room with a small kitchenette. This variety makes our property ideal for couples, families, and groups seeking either relaxation or adventure. Please note that due to sea defences, the estate is not suitable for disabled access. We look forward to welcoming you to Westpoint, where memorable holidays filled with relaxation and exploration await. To safeguard your plans against unforeseen circumstances, we recommend considering holiday cancellation insurance, available from approximately GBP 20.

A very comfortable and enjoyable short stay.

The position of the apartment with views along the seafront and within easy walking distance to pubs and restaurants. The apartment provided good facilities for two people. The small kitchen provided good cooking facilities for straightforward meals.

Lovely apartment panaromaic view of the sea made it the most relaxing 2 night break away

The apartment had all you need for a stay here it’s modern clean and had Panasonic views over the sea We stayed in apartment 2 and it was lovely listening to the waves crash. The shower is a little tight and only has a small kitchen but has everything you need home from home. There is a tv and dvd player small dining table and plenty of books if you have not bought along to read and relax. There is small step down into the bedroom and it has no door overall loved it and will be back

great little apartment with everything you'd need for a trip away with kids. great view of the sea, great kitted out kitchen to cook the boys food whilst they played in the lounge, then watched the enormous tv with all the streaming connections done, no stress, then a kingsize bed to pass out in at the end of the day! perfect! we loved it. Tracey, and her team are very friendly and helpful

Built in the 1960s, Westpoint was originally a large public house. Over the years it has several changes and now offers seven uniquely different apartments and rooms. From the compact Studio to stunning double rooms with sea views, including Apartment 2 with its exceptional sea vistas from ensuite bedrooms and lounge. On the ground floor, there are three dog-friendly apartments. We cherish each of them, and our returning guests often have their favourites.
We are directly opposite West Beach and literally on the South West Coast Path. The harbour is a minutes walk away.
Moving to the Jurassic Coast with our young family over ten years ago was the best decision we ever made. We love the landscape, the sea, the seagulls, sunsets on the beach, wildlife spotting, boat trips, markets, the relaxed bohemian atmosphere, and fresh sea air. The Dorset lifestyle feels Mediterranean in many ways—slower-paced and enjoyable. Managing Westpoint is a pleasure, and many guests return year after year, becoming friends. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing our passion for this beautiful area.
