Enjoy your stay in a beautiful Grade II listed Georgian building at the centre of Bath's trendy Artisan Quarter.

Each apartment (two available) has one bedroom with a king size bed, and a sofa bed which folds out into a double in the living room, so sleeps 4.

The open plan living room is beautifully decorated and includes comfortable seating, a desk for remote working, a smart TV and WiFi.

The kitchen is well-appointed for your stay, including a dining area, a coffee machine and everything you need to cook up a storm!

DETAILS:

The open plan living room consists of an L-shaped sofa that can comfortably seat 4, as well as a few pouffs, all gathered around a smart TV. There is a work space with a lamp which is also part of the living room if you're needing to work remotely during your stay.

The L-shaped sofa pulls out into a double bed, and there is a mattress topper for it stored underneath for extra comfort. You will find all the bedding you need (4 pillows, a duvet, sheet and mattress protector under the bed in the bedroom).

There is also seating for 4 people around a raised bar as a place for dining/ socialising next to the kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, oven trays and utensils for any cooking you may want to do!

The bedroom consists of a king size bed, a place to store and hang your clothes, a hair dryer, an iron/ ironing board, two fans and some electric candles for some added ambience! There is also a full length mirror and small vanity mirror to help you get ready, as well as a blackout blind to ensure the best night's sleep!

The bathroom has a rain shower, sink and WC. There is an automatic light that will come on once you are in there. Shampoo, Shower gel and hand soap are in the dispensers provided.

There isn't a washing machine, but there are two launderettes a 10 minute walk away (Lovelywash Launderette BA2 6NZ & Speedy Wash BA1 6PT)

Guest access

The apartments are centrally located in the very desirable Walcot area, opposite the beautiful Hedgemead Park. Within a stones throw there are some fabulous cafés, restaurants, pubs, independent boutiques and shops, as well as a short walk to Bath hot spots such as the Bath Abbey, Roman Baths, The Circus and The Royal Crescent (10 min walk) Thermae Spa (15 min walk). (NOTE: There will be an array of local recommendations in the welcome pack to ensure you get the most out of your stay!)

There are a number of Grocery shops close by including London Road Stores (2 min walk), a large Waitrose (5 min walk) and Morrisons (8 min walk).

Transport:

By train or bus: The apartments are just a 15 minute walk from Bath Spa train and bus station

By car: there will be directions in the welcome pack

Parking near the property - There are bays outside the front of the building which have 1 hour free parking anytime, and free parking between 18:00-8:00 - this means you can unload your luggage directly outside the property. There are also long stay car parks which are as close as an 8/9 minute walk away including Morrisons (24 hours £4.50 on 'Your Parking Space' app), Podium car park (24 hours £15), Manvers Street Car Park (24 hours £17), Charlotte Street Car Park (24 hours £17.10)
