in small new residence and secure in Lecci, with beautiful pool, near the beaches of Cala Rossa and St Cyprien (800 meters). Shops at 300 m.
T2 apartment of 48 m2 (nine) fully equipped, tastefully decorated, large terrace of 18 m2. Rental and its equipment are designed to accommodate 4 people.

Appartement très spacieux, très bien équipé et climatisé. Une très belle grande terrasse couverte, avec vue sur la piscine (très belle piscine). Commerces et plages à proximité. Propriétaire arrangeant pour les modalités d'arrivée et de départ.

Sehr schönes Appartement mit tollem Pool

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es verfügt über einen tollen Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen und einer gemütlichen Couch. Da der Balkon überdacht ist fungiert er als zusätzlicher Raum. Die Küche ist hochwertig ausgestattet, Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Zu der Appartementanlage gehört ein sehr schöner Pool. Wir waren 3 Wochen mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in dem Appartement und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Auch der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Strand sind es keine 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, zu Fuß ist es zu weit. Der Strand ist sehr schön und kinderfreundlich. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Am Strand sind auch sehr schöne Restaurants. Ein Restaurant ist fußläufig, über die Qualität können wir nichts sagen, da wir dort nicht essen waren.

Appartement conforme au descriptif. Fonctionnel, spacieux, très bien équipé et très propre. A proximité des commerces (avec d'excellents produits régionaux) et des plages paradisiaques que nous connaissions déjà. Propriétaire sympathique, échanges faciles. Très satisfaits de cette location. excellent séjour, appartement très confortable, propre, meublé avec goût résidence super sympa! la piscine est vraiment très belle, très appréciée de nos enfants (12 et 14 ans). la région est superbe et nos quinze jours sont passés trop vite.
