Los Naranjos is a well maintained high standard complex and it’s a quiet family oriented community where to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. This property are ideal for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this cozy penthouse with 3 bedrooms. The apartment is very tastefully designed both in and out. It has two large terraces, on the top one there is a bbq and food preparing area. The lounge area as well as a dining area for al-fresco dining. The lower terrace also features both a lounge- and dining area and they are both partially covered. The views are open and south facing towards the gardens and communal pool, hence there is no road noice.The open plan kitchen/living room features an open fireplace and a wine cupboard and large glass doors to the lower terrace. All three bedrooms have double beds, the two larger bedrooms have size 160 cm beds and the smallest a 140 cm bed and they all have closet space. Both bathrooms have showers and the master has his and her sinks, both contemporary and with high quality appliances.The apartment is located in a highly sought-after complex in Nueva Andalucia, Los Naranjos, from where it is only a 5 min drive to Puerto Banus and the beach. Within the complex there is a pool and a supermarket. There is ample parking on the street outside and public transport (bus) a few minutes walk away. It is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses.

This property are not suitable for guests with reduced mobility since it is located on the second floor with no elevator and it is not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00
