Interior
The interior is bright and spacious, with tall glass windows and stylish wooden panels. In the living room you will find furniture with an exclusive design. The open kitchen is entirely handmade by the owner who also designed the house himself.

All the rooms have a connection with nature, starting with the living room from where you have a view of the swimming pool and the vast hills. The great room is connected to the bedrooms, kitchen and dining room as well as the open terrace and beautifully landscaped garden. There are three spacious bedrooms (all three bedrooms have aircondtioning) and the master bedroom with stunning views of the hills is luxuriously large and also has its own en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a very nice and large separate bathroom.
Outside
The pretty terrace and private swimming pool are wonderful places to enjoy the sun and the outdoors.
Surroundings
The best way to enjoy the villa is to participate in nature activities in and around the area. The Quercy National Park is nearby, where you can walk or cycle along the cliffs and plateaus, and kayak or canoe on the Dordogne River. The town of Gourdon is a short drive from the property, where you can discover the rich history of this beautiful region.
