Très charmant studio dans un bel immeuble sur la Place Victor Hugo à 10 minutes à pieds de la Tour Eiffel (d'un côté) et des Champs Elysées (de l'autre). Quartier très commerçant et élégant. Emplacement idéal pour séjourner à Paris

The Space:
You will find in the flat:
- a fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, microwave, stove, kitchen table, basic kitchen ustentils and supplies)
- a premium quality, extra comfy queen size bed (with storage place underneath)
- a nice sofa bed
- an elegant bathroom with a shower and toilets (including samples of shampoo and body wash) - towels and linen are provided
- High speed (Optic fiber) Internet is included

L'appartement se situe au 3è étage avec ascenseur, il est composé d'un salon avec cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée, coin chambre avec un lit particulièrement confortable (literie d'excellence), un espace salon avec un canapé convertible (2 places) et une petite salle de douche avec WC.
L’appartement dispose d'une climatisation réversible (air conditionné et chauffage)

Guest Access:
The flat is entirely independent. Self check in / check out using a key locker!
You can also use the storage closet to leave your bags before check in and after check out!

Le studio est totalement indépendant même s'il a une porte communicante (toujours fermée) avec mon appartement.

The Neighborhood:
The flat is right on Place Victor Hugo which is a beautiful neighborhood in the heart of Paris, very centrally located and highly appreciated by Parisians. Grocery store (Franprix) right across the street, excellent bakery, several restaurants and shopping streets right there!
You are only 5/10 minutes away (walking) from the Eiffel Tower on one side and the Arc de Triomphe (on top of the famous Champs Elysées) on the other side.

Getting Around:
Metro station ("Victor Hugo" line 2) is right across the street as well as several bus stops.
You are also 5/10mn walking distance from 3 other metro stations ("Charles de Gaulle/Etoile" - lines 1, 2 and 6 + RER A, "Trocadero" line 9 and "Boissière line 6)
From the Airports, you are very near the airport shuttly stops "Charles de Gaulle Etoile" or "Porte Maillot"
