Our studio can accommodate up to 4 guests, with a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed in the living/bedroom area. Perfect for couples or friends exploring Brasov, our guesthouse is close to major attractions. Enjoy our outdoor yard for relaxation.

- We kindly ask that you respect our designated quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 13:00-14:00) and check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00) windows.
- Please note that early check-ins or late check-outs will be subject to an additional fee.
- Smoking indoors is strictly prohibit. Please note that a penalty fee of 500 RON will apply for indoor smoking.
- No pets or parties are allowed.
- For stays over 7 nights, additional cleaning to change linens, towels, and toiletries, will be scheduled and charge to the guest.
- If you need on-site support outside of check-in hours due to reasons caused by the guest, an additional fee of 500 RON will apply.
- Please note we can’t issue an invoice for your stay.
- According to HG 237/2001, republished in 2008, in accordance with article 2, paragraph (5), it is necessary to present a document at check-in. Please complete our online check-in form provided in the check-in instructions.
