The Space:
At the heart of the fully renovated studio, you’ll find a cozy and refined bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, ensuring restful nights after your adventures in the city.
The fully equipped kitchen features an induction cooktop, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, a kettle with tea and chamomile, and a microwave oven—everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The dining table allows you to enjoy your meals in a comfortable setting.

For moments of relaxation, a 43-inch 4K Smart TV with internet access is perfect for watching your favorite programs or planning your days of exploration. A comfortable armchair bed provides additional sleeping space. In the fully equipped and comfortable bathroom, you can enjoy a SPA shower cabin for a moment of self-care and relaxation. A set of soft towels, shower gel, and hand soap are provided for your convenience.

Travelling from Australia we were looking forward to our stay in Padua (Padova). Michele our host made early contact with us and provided clear instructions on how to find the apartment. As we were travelling by train to Padua it was very helpful to know the bus/tram options with our luggage. The studio style apartment is very comfortable and had all the utilities needed for our four day stay. Michele was very quick to respond with some helpful local information, which we appreciated. The apartment is in a building adjacent to the old historic centre of the city and is easy walking distance to cafés, restaurants and grocery markets. We particularly liked the café down stairs as the staff were very welcoming and served enjoyable local food. It’s a good idea to check times and days when certain places are closed, due to cultural or religious observance. Padua is in an ideal situation for day trips to Venice, Verona, Vicenza and Bassano. You can buy an economical three day Trenitalia Regionale ticket to visit those neighbouring towns. To do the day trips the apartment it is an easy walk through the heritage precinct to the railway station. A good way to explore the district on the way. On departure it was a short walk to the tram or bus as the stops are very close by.

Beautiful stay in the heart of the city.

My stay was perfect.The studio apartment was located right in the heart of Padova's city center. It had everything you needed. Clean and the property manager was very kind, clear communication, and accomodating. Great choice for singles or couples.

I stayed at Michele's property twice while in Italy and it was great. The kitchen supplies and coffee and tea provided were perfect for a multi day stay. I filled the fridge with snacks from the Pam Local (there are many nearby). The Padova locals were so welcoming and I loved staying in the heart of the University town.

The apartment was great but concern about access to building

The studio apartment itself was great and the location was great for access to the train station and locations around Padova. However, I did have some concerns about security. The building is accessible by a key and then a separate key to enter the apartment itself. When we came back one afternoon, about five minutes after we entered our apartment, a man came pounding on our door, claiming that he lived upstairs and had gotten locked out of his apartment. He was fairly aggressive and spoke for a long while about how he needed money to go and get a new key and he would repay us when he came back. It was obviously a scam, but we felt we needed to give him a small amount of money just to make him go away. Had I as a woman been staying alone in the apartment, I would have been very concerned. I advised the host of the incident and I hope it is addressed so that no one else has this issue

Thank you Megan for your feedback. I’m truly sorry for the unpleasant situation you experienced during your stay. I want to reassure future guests that the apartment is located in a very safe residential building, with restricted access and a full-time doorman on the ground floor. The person who knocked on the door was not connected in any way to the apartment or my management. He was already known by the building staff for a previous incident and, following this episode, I immediately reported it to both the doorman and the building administrator. The individual has since been permanently blocked from accessing the premises. Safety is a top priority for me and for the building’s administration, and episodes like this are extremely rare. I always act promptly to protect my guests and ensure they feel comfortable and secure during their stay. Thank you again for staying, and I truly hope the rest of your experience in Padua was positive.

La struttura è praticamente nuova ed è fornita di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, si trova a 100 dal tram monorotaia che taglia in due la citta di Padova ed è comodissimo per raggiungere ogni luogo importante. E' a 200 metri a piedi da piazza delle Erbe. Pulitissima e silenziosa, il letto comodo. Infine il proprietario al telefono è stato sempre disponibilissimo e preciso. La consiglieri sicuramente.
