This impressive three bedroom Villa is situated in the heart of Pernera only 350 meters from Kalamies beach.
As you walk in, there is a spacious open plan living area with patio doors leading out to swimming pool area and beautifully designed garden.
The living area includes comfortable living room set, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is one guest toilet on this level.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom which has shower cabin and opens to a balcony overlooking pool and garden.
On this level are another two bedrooms and family bathroom.
