Villa Madda offers its guests tasteful interiors equipped with every comfort to guarantee they can make the most of the peace and total relaxation. Due to its 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms situated in the main house and the annex, this villa can welcome up to 10 guests.
Outside, the house is surrounded by a beautifully cared for garden, well equipped to ensure that guests can enjoy the Sicilian sun, even on the hottest of days; for the exclusive use of villa guests there is a private pool, sun terrace, veranda with barbecue and furniture to enable them to eat outside.
The villa is ideally located to discover the gastronomy, wine and cultural heritage of the region with cities such as of Syracuse, Noto and Modica along with the villages of Portopalo di Capopassero, Marzamemi and Fontane Bianche. Visitors can also discover the nature reserves at Cavagrande del Cassibile, Etna and the Oasis of Vendicari. In the surrounding area you can also find the magnificent sandy beaches of Arenella and Fontane Bianche.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
