The apartment comes with a living space with sofa bed, flat screen TV, super fast WiFi, dining area, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Other amenities include central heating, bed linen, towels, toiletries, and hair dryer.
Damage deposit of £300 will be requested and refunded once you have checked out.
There is a king size bed in the main bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers and a sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, hob, oven , dishwasher, pans.cutlery and glasses. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom.
There is mobile WiFi in the bedroom.
This is a basement flat with private gated entrance through the stairs going down to the flat.
