On the first floor, there is a spacious living room where you can relax while watching TV, a double bedroom with a private bathroom, another double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom with a large shower. Upstairs, there are three additional double bedrooms, a bathroom with a large shower, and a terrace with a sea view. The villa features a fully furnished terrace with lounge chairs, dining tables, and a TV. Perfect for families or groups of friends seeking relaxation and luxury. Just 2 km from the city center of Cefalù. The swimming pool is open from mid-June to mid-September.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche-wir waren zu neunt. Es war noch sehr ruhig- die Anlage und vorallem der eigene Strandzugang war toll.Der Gastgeber war zu jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich.

Das Haus ist geräumig und bietet viele Schlafmöglichkeiten teilweise unter Dachschrägen. Es gibt eine kleine Treppe zu einem privaten Strandabschnitt, was sehr schön ist. Der große Garten bietet viele Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten. Der Pool war Mitte Oktober außer Betrieb und verschmutzt. Zu Fuß erreicht man einen weiteren Strand, der sehr schön ist. Zudem sind es nur einige Autominuten nach Cefalù. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Dear Nina, thank you for your review. However, I would like to clarify a few things. The 'private' pool is open all year round, while the shared pool is open from June to September. The private pool is always clean and open. If it rained during your stay, it is obviously not possible to clean up leaves or sand. All the best.
