Our unit is # 254 (at 1390 Ft Pickens Rd., Pensacola Beach, FL 32561) on the second and third floors at the Western end of building four of a gated complex. Inside the unit are high vaulted ceilings, recent paint and new furniture, built-in cabinetry, wet-bar, lots of closet space, and spacious living areas. There is a master bedroom with its own private full bath and balcony overlooking the Gulf. A second bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom with shower. The upper loft has a bunk-style bed with a full on the bottom and twin on top. There is also a bathroom with shower. Leading up to the loft is a children’s play-area with legos, puzzles, books, and games. There is also a child-size futon that a smaller child could use as a bed.
The full kitchen is small but complete with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, double sink, toaster, and coffee maker. The dining area has a table that seats six and a wetbar for adult entertainment. The main living area has a mounted LED TV, a large couch suitable for napping or even sleeping, and a high-top table overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico. A sliding door with screen leads to the upper balcony where you can enjoy beach views as you have your morning coffee or night-cap.
