The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residence with a common pool and numerous outdoor spaces where you can relax. The interior has a large living area consisting of a living room with a double sofa bed, TV, and dining table. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, kettle, and espresso machine. The sleeping area has two bedrooms, the first with a queen size bed and wardrobe and the second with a double bed. A bathroom with a shower and hairdryer and a toilet complete the layout.



*The shared swimming pool is open from June 1st to October 31st. A swimming cap could be required.

Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best-equipped beaches worth a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and the unique white sand. Then, On the island of Ortigia, there are some equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 km away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park, and the precious San Lorenzo.
