It has all the comforts you will need during your stay. It is a cozy and bright studio, in addition to being close to the main attractions of Las Palmas.

It has a contemporary kitchen equipped so that you can cook when and how you want. Modern bathroom and a comfortable living room so you can relax and enjoy.

Priviledged location just 5 minutes walk from Las Canteras beach! In addition to supermarket chains a few meters away.

Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, capital of the island, is located northeast of it, in a wonderful landscape made up of two bays and two beaches: the Playa de las Canteras and the Playa de las Alcaravaneras.
It is a lively city that oozes a Spanish atmosphere, history and culture. There is a lot to see and do in Las Palmas. Whether you are staying directly in the city or traveling from another point on the island, you are guaranteed a host of activities to complete your vacation. In Las Palmas you will find the best of both worlds: a huge sandy beach and the life of a big city.

Don't recommend the flat

I DON'T RECOMMEND the flat. Don't get fooled by the pretty pictures. Even if the flat seems modern, the walls are painted in a rush and the building is in bad shape, old and situated on a very noisy street. Very small, very narrow bed. Excessively noisy because it faces the road. You have the impression of sleeping on the sidewalk. No mug, we stayed for 11 nights we only got toiletries for only 2 days, towels old.

A mon arrivée le check-in a prit du temps car il n'y avait pas de clef à l'extérieur de l'immeuble. Quartier vraiment pas terrible malgré la proximité avec la plage Il n'y a q'un sac poubelle + pas de lessive pour utiliser la machine à laver (ce qui aurait pu être une petite attention) Très peu d'insonorisation : on est tout de suite réveillé par les bruits de la rue Le sol de la douche n'est pas incliné ou délimité ce qui fait qu'on met de l'eau partout Je me suis retrouvée avec un sac poubelle sur ma porte le premier jour, avec une serpillère à l'intérieur...Vu le climat actuel et la volonté des locaux de stigmatiser les touristes ça ne m'a étonné qu'à moitié (vu que c'est le seul airbnb de l'immeuble) Ceci étant dit... Jolie déco Lit confortable Wifi correct Cuisine fonctionnelle (le plan de travail m'a servit de bureau car sinon il n'y a pas d'autre endroit où travailler)

Muy buen apartamento

Muy céntrico en las Palmas, Lo único es que es complicado encontrar aparcamiento en la zona, puedes tener suerte y encontrar rápido o te la puedes pasar dando vueltas. A unas malas, dejarlo en poema del mar, que es aparcamiento pago. El apartamento muy nuevo y cómodo.
