Our Cvijeta apartment is located in Vojnović street - a residential area full of cafes and restaurants, and there is a beach nearby and it is close to Old Town and Lapad.
It accommodates two guests - the bedroom has a double bed, and there is additional sitting area. .It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with a shower.
Guests have private parking at their disposal with prior reservation.

The apartment is located in Iva Vojnovića street. It is a street full of cafes and restaurants, close to Bellevue beach.It is a perfect location considering that it is well connected to all parts of the city - 10 minutes by bus to Lapad in one direction, and the old town in the other direction.Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from the Old Town. The connection with the Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility, but now it is becoming the largest residential part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik.As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Old Town Dubrovnik offers a range of activities and attractions that ensure an unforgettable stay. It also offers many historical sights and the best restaurants, bars and beaches in Dubrovnik.

I had an excellent stay. The apartment was modern, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you need – it really felt like home. Check-in and check-out were super easy and the location was great, with most places within walking distance. Dark apartment, with a funny smell to be honest. Not very easy to air out. The fact that the over stove ventilation doesn t work is not helping... if you cook inside it will smell for days. Good area, direct connection to the old town. The beaches around are not amazing. All in all ok, might be better finds.
