Our Cvijeta apartment is located in Vojnović street - a residential area full of cafes and restaurants, and there is a beach nearby and it is close to Old Town and Lapad.
It accommodates two guests - the bedroom has a double bed, and there is additional sitting area. .It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with a shower.
Guests have private parking at their disposal with prior reservation.
The apartment is located in Iva Vojnovića street. It is a street full of cafes and restaurants, close to Bellevue beach.It is a perfect location considering that it is well connected to all parts of the city - 10 minutes by bus to Lapad in one direction, and the old town in the other direction.Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from the Old Town. The connection with the Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility, but now it is becoming the largest residential part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik.As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Old Town Dubrovnik offers a range of activities and attractions that ensure an unforgettable stay. It also offers many historical sights and the best restaurants, bars and beaches in Dubrovnik.

Major-league holiday!
Couldn’t have asked for better hosts. The communication was top notch from the moment I booked. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, which made the whole trip completely stress-free. They were also really helpful with local tips and recommendations, which made a big difference. The place itself had everything we needed and was comfortable throughout the stay. Genuinely lovely people to deal with and I’d happily book again next time I’m in the area.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Admirable and clean accommodation!
Perfect accommodation with everything you need. Walking distance to amazing local restaurants and beaches as well as being on a main bus route to the old town which took approx 10 minutes. Amazing experience overall and would highly recommend to anyone.

Nice house with a bus stop at the door. The parking stop comes really handy at dubrovnik. we liked everything

High-end vacation!
The apartment was clean and modern. It had all the amenities that one would need. It has private parking space and the is in a perfect location to visit the old town.

Admirable and clean accommodation!
Very clean and modern apartment with everything we needed. All instructions were very clear for check in and easy to find. Perfect location, walkable to the Old Town but Ubers are also always available. Would recommend to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!
Really enjoyed our stay at the apartment! The apartment is beautiful and the location is very convenient. We walked to the city centre (30 minutes) but there is also a bus stop in front of the apartment. Thank you!

Extraordinary journey!
I had an excellent stay. The apartment was modern, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you need – it really felt like home. Check-in and check-out were super easy and the location was great, with most places within walking distance. The host was very friendly, warm, always available and shared regular updates, which made everything even more convenient. Highly recommend for both comfort and convenience!
