Further inside, the double-height living room features a sofa bed, coffee table, Smart TV, armchair, coat rack, and a balcony with street views. This floor also includes a full bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to a private terrace. This outdoor space is furnished with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, and an outdoor shower, perfect for warm Andalusian days.
As an added bonus, the building offers a private rooftop terrace with a pool, sun loungers, and a shower, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Seville weather.
