The accommodation is part of a country farmhouse from the end of the 1600s located on top of one of the morainic hills of Garda with no traffic at all where in past years it was used for various tasks and was then transformed into a small loft designed by a traveler for other travellers. .
The accommodation is suitable for couples accompanied by a 4-legged friend, solitary adventurers, business travelers or simply those who do smart working.

Space

Located on the ground floor with independent entrance, it is located in a strategic and fascinating position for Lake Garda, Verona, Mantua, Sigurta' Park, Gardaland, water parks, Borghetto sul Mincio, Castellaro Lagusello located 5 km from the center of Monzambano, 10 km from Peschiera del Garda and 12 km from the Sirmione Spa.

SPACE:

-It is an entirely NON-SMOKING structure.
It was recently completely renovated and we have recreated a place where you can relax and take time for yourself, resting your body and mind.
Inside there is a very comfortable bed (140x190 bed with 17cm mattress).

BATH:

-The bathroom with window has a shower with soap, shampoo dispenser, a radiator, a hairdryer and towels available.
-There is a laundry/bathroom area with a washing machine outside available for everyone.

KITCHEN:

-The kitchen is complete with everything, induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, filter hood, toaster, water kettle and obviously a complete set of pots, pans, plates and cutlery.
Coffee with a Nespresso machine is offered upon your arrival.
In the loft there is a 32" smart TV, Wi-Fi connection, wardrobe and rooms available for guests, a large window and a French window.

SMOKING POLICY:

-Please note that the structure inside is NO SMOKING - NO SMOKING.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited both in the swimming pool and in the house, even if you keep the windows open or look out the window.

In the common outdoor areas you can smoke without any problem.
-Penalties will be applied in case of violation of the NO SMOKING conduct.

PARKING:
-Several free video-monitored parking spaces are available.
