Each villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a refreshing private pool, all in a peaceful and relaxing setting, in an elegant minority style and with modern architecture. Spend an unforgettable holiday in a fully equipped environment, with elegant and designer furniture. Our Finesse villas are located on the top of the Torre Soli hill and offer stunning views of the picturesque Menorcan countryside and the Mediterranean Sea. These spacious, two-story villas can accommodate up to 6 guests and provide comfort and privacy. Inside each villa there is a spacious living room furnished with rustic cherry wood furniture, equipped with a SMART TV and Wi-Fi connection. The fully equipped kitchen and the cozy dining room with a simple glass table and modern chairs will make every evening special. Relax in the master suite on the upper floor with a private terrace, decorated in Mediterranean colors with modern accents. Enjoy the comfort of a large bed, a wardrobe and a fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub. On the ground floor there is a second bedroom, decorated in white shades that exude energy and personality. The apartment has a fully equipped private bathroom with a hydromassage shower. The third bedroom is decorated in white with orange and green accents and is an ideal choice for younger children. Additionally, the villa has a second, fully equipped bathroom with a hydromassage shower. The exterior is simply spectacular. The spacious covered terrace with a large table and comfortable armchairs is the perfect place for unforgettable meals and sunsets. DIRECTIONS FROM THE AIRPORT TO OUR RECEPTION
-As you leave the airport, follow the signs for Mao-Mahon. You will come to a roundabout with a pyramid sculpture in the middle. Take the second exit at this roundabout, signposted Ciutadella.
-Continue along this road until you come to another roundabout, which you should go straight over.
-You will go down a hill to another roundabout. At this roundabout you should turn left (second exit), joining the main road (Me-1) towards Ciutadella. Please take care at this junction.
-Continue along this road for approximately 7km (ignoring two turn-off signs for Alaior), until you see an exit for Son Bou/San Jaime on the right. Take this exit.
-At the bottom of this slip road you will come to a roundabout. Turn left, going under the main road, and take the 3rd exit towards Son Bou/San Jaime/Torre Soli Nou.
-Continue along this road for a further 6km until you reach the resort. You will pass through a short stone tunnel, before coming to a roundabout. Continue straight on at this roundabout.
-After approximately 1km, take the 4th road on the left into `Calle Bellamirada´.
-On arrival you will need to register and collect your keys at the Menorca Rentals RECEPTION on the ground floor.
The reception is open daily from 10.00 to 22.00*.

As well as our guarentee of 40 years experience, Menorca Management Group works closely with the major associations and businesses of tourism: VITURME, ASHOME, CAEB y PIME.
Since 1977
Twenty years ago under the entrepreneurial leadership of Mr. José Villalonga the Menorca Management Group was formed. In the early days, property maintenance services were offered throughout the island.
However, later, the company decided to center its business in the popular zone of Son Bou and its neighbouring residential area, Torre Soli Nou. To celebrate this bold and determined move, the company adopted a new name, the name of Menorca Rentals, as it is still referred to today.

The Roman Basilica
Dated V-VI Century and the best conserved monument of its type. Situated at the top of the beach and measuring 21 mts x 11 mts, it can be easily seen from the beach. The walled in site measures 21 mts x 11 mts, and quite visual to the eye are the three chambers separated by columns and the main alter, in and around the site tombs carved into the rocks. Undoubtedly a visit not to be missed whilst in Son Bou.
Torre d'en Galmés
This fascinating protected site is situated between the main Alaior – Son Bou road.Torre d´en Galmés is one of the best Talayotic villages covering some 60.000 square meters, the biggest of several in Menorca. The site consists of three “Talayots”, (meeting and celebration places), a Taula (which is a vertical slab of rock, with another placed on top of it in a T shape, much like the structures at Stonehenge. ) and also a “hipóstila” with its mediterranian columns almost intact.
SON BOU NATURE PARK (ANEI)
Considered and justly awarded as an area of natural interest (Área Natural de Especial Interés (ANEI)): This strip of low lying land, rich in scientific and biological interest, lies between the beach and the two estates of Torre Soli and San Jaime and is home to many beautiful migratory birds, traveling between Europe and Africa. Together with the beach it forms one of the most important natural zones on the island, rich in flora and fauna.
