Located off West Ozello Trail in the Ozello Keys area of Crystal River, with direct deep water access to St Martin's River and surrounding areas. There are no homes in the area like this one. Completely remodeled stilt house with covered parking and lots of fun space for entertaining and relaxing. Gorgeous wrap around porch, outside bar area with TV and sitting area, gas grill and Big Green Egg. 3 Large Bedrooms (two king beds, one queen bed) and 2 full baths, plus queen sleeper sofa. Kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances, gas stove and ice maker. 45ft of Dock with covered cleaning station and a 8000lb lift under a covered boat house and private boat ramp for kayaks/paddle boards/mid size boats. Full service marina and ramp right around the corner for all your boating needs. Ideal location for relaxing and getting away from the hustle and bustle.

Great Stay in Ozello, FL!

The house did not disappoint! The kitchen was incredibly well equipped, and there were more amenities (like paper towels, , tp, etc.) than usual in a rental. The house and outdoor areas were comfortable and had lots of seating for everyone. I would suggest a dresser in the MBR and a lamp in the Living Room to make it more comfortable, but beds were great and plenty of space around the large dining room table - so really, no complaints! We really enjoyed the area - a nice change from the more populated areas in Florida. Get Stephanie at Mrs. Zin's bait store to take you on a tour by water. Many great State Parks and such in the area. Thanks owners for a great stay.

This place is unbelievable! The pictures and description do not even come close to how incredible staying at this house is. First- I'd say the house comes with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Every kind of blanket, cup, kitchen utensil, cooking tool, widget, shaker, mixer you name it. Second- the house is amazing. Open all the doors up for an ocean breeze or let the AC put the freeze on. Stupid fast WIFI. Smart TV's everywhere, and on and on. Last- the wildlife and environment are unmatched. There's a family of three otters that play in the canal out back about every evening. There's several blue herons that hang out regularly and they never miss fish cleaning on the dock. It's just an amazing place to relax, get away from it all, have anything you could possibly want at your fingertips- and its peaceful. PS- It also doesn't hurt you can walk to a restaurant/ bar at the end of the street. they have music about every night- this dish called angel shrimp that's incredible, and they'll cook your fish if you bring in there. $2 beers tough to beat too. You can also walk to Ozello Island Church at the end of the street and enjoy a traditional service with about 15 other people. Loved it all. We already booked for next year! Best place ever
