70 meters from the house you can reach the Il Ginepro kiosk bar; 100 meters from the house it is possible to reach a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, pastry shop, fish shop, local market on Thursday and Saturday.
A few minutes by car you can reach the beaches of Cala Pira, Cala Sinzias, and the beaches of the splendid Villasimius.
A 50 minute drive away you can visit the capital of Sardinia, Cagliari, with its historic centre, the bastion and the large Roman amphitheatre.
