This two-storey brick house with thatched roof is located on a peaceful 2800 m² natural plot. The open plan kitchen, which is equipped with e.g. iron, is connected to the dining/living room with modern and comfortable furniture. There is a large bathroom with a shower cubicle and an access to the whirlpool room. The first floor is provided with two bedrooms, a WC with a wash basin, a sauna and a pleasant sitting room furnished with a TV. It also has a sofa bed with 2 extra beds. The garden encourages outdoor activities. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
