This well-furnished holiday cottage with swimming pool and various activities is located in Marielyst. The house has an impressive swimming pool room which is provided with a large swimming pool with counter-current system, large whirlpool and a sauna for 4-6 people. The 18 m² large pool has a slide for the children to enjoy. Utterly spacious and well-dimensioned, the house contains 2 distinct bedroom sections, both consisting of a bathroom and an extra bathroom adjacent to the pool area. The living room is tastefully furnished and has a stereo set, TV, DVD player, high chair, sofa area and a wood-burning stove. The activity room has table tennis, billiards, electronic darts and table football. There are more TV as well as a PlayStation4. In the garden you will find a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). There is a charger for both electric and hybid cars. Payment for consumption, and deposit must be paid in cash to the concierge at the house. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
