The property and location are ideal. Great area. Beautiful beach and neighborhood, retail shopping and restaurants. Really nice house. We are first time visitors here. We arrived after dark. It was hard finding the unit in the dark. We found it but we could not figure out how to get into the gated parking area. We had to drag our luggage across the gravel in wind and rain. Not fun. The next morning we found our way to the Dan Center and were instructed how to open the gate. We struggled trying to work the washing machine and the dishwasher. There was no soap or shampoo provided, no dish soap for washing dishes, no coffee. We bought what we needed. Communication via text and phone with Dan Center was hard. When we actually got through to live people we did find them kind and helpful. This morning when we left, we ran into the cleaning crew. They showed us a book filled with detailed house instructions that was buried under magazines in a book rack. We never saw it. It would have helped us so much! It should have been on the table top so we would have seen it first thing.
